Lyvia Group Acquires ITSS.

We are proud to announce our recent acquisition of IT Systems and Solutions sp. z o.o. [ITSS].

ITSS is a Polish company that provides end-to-end cyber security and cloud solutions for large businesses and the public sector, offering custom development, IT infrastructure modernisation, consultancy and cyber security services.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Lyvia’s history as it is marking our first entry into this high-growth sector and the second acquisition by Lyvia’s Central and Eastern Europe division.
