Stockholm, 8 September 2026: Johanna Sahlin Bäcklund has taken up her position as CFO of Lyvia Group AB (publ) and is now a member of Lyvia Group’s Group Management.
Johanna Sahlin Bäcklund joins Lyvia from Linklaters, where she served as Head of Finance Europe. She has broad experience from global and complex organisations, including Schneider Electric, where she held business controlling roles closely linked to operations, profitability management and financial performance. Johanna holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University and began her career at PwC as an authorised public accountant.

Her experience in business controlling and profitability management will be particularly valuable as we continue to develop Lyvia and our companies. Johanna’s appointment concludes the process to recruit a new CFO, which began in February 2026 when Martin Almgren was appointed CEO. Johanna brings broad international experience and a strong operational and financial perspective to Lyvia Group.
