March 8th, 2024: Lyvia Group, the European tech and software solutions group, acquire Procon Digital AS. With this acquisition, Lyvia Group strengthen their position as a leading provider of business-critical and growth enabling software and services in Europe. Procon Digital will add 5.5 NOKm in EBITDA to the group1 and is the third company in Norway to join Lyvia Group.
Procon Digital was founded in 1990 and has since been developing Display Solutions and the InfoKiosk market. Leveraging a recurring revenue model, they boast a significant clientele, serving over one-third of Norwegian municipalities, approximately 300 bank offices, and multiple Norwegian hospitals. Their growth trajectory has been propelled by a combination of industry expertise and tailored solutions for various sectors.
