September 8th, 2025: Lyvia Group, the European tech and software solutions group, has acquired PTC Werkstap Beheer B.V., a leading developer of SaaS applications Werkstap and 2BImproved, specialised in supporting the Dutch social development sector. This acquisition expands Lyvia Group’s portfolio into the social development sector, providing digital solutions that help individuals with disabilities enter and remain in the workforce. The acquisition of Werkstap will add around 830 k EUR in EBITA to the group1, with an LTM EBITA of slightly over 1 million EUR as of June 2025.
Werkstap provides software solutions for government, social development companies, education, and entrepreneurs. Their offerings enable municipalities to reintegrate vulnerable individuals, support companies in employing those distanced from the labour market, develop skills in schoolchildren, and help businesses achieve corporate social responsibility goals through Social Return initiatives.
