September 3rd, 2025: Lyvia Group has completed the divestment of Bright Inventions, a development partner building customised digital products, to Framna. The divestment supports Lyvia Group’s strategy of balancing the revenue between its two business areas “Software” and “Solutions”, while ensuring Bright Inventions continues to grow with a partner that shares its ambition and values.
Since becoming part of Lyvia Group, Bright Inventions has strengthened its expertise in IoT, AI, and enterprise solutions and delivered innovative products for global brands and organisations. The company has built a strong reputation for quality and innovation, expanding its capabilities and long-term client partnerships under Lyvia’s ownership.

There will be no changes to Bright Inventions’ management team or day-to-day operations, and existing client relationships will continue without interruption.
The parties have agreed not to disclose financial terms of the transaction.
