Martin Almgren appointed new Chief Executive Officer of Lyvia Group

Stockholm 27 February 2026: Lyvia Group AB (publ) today announces changes to its executive management team. Martin Almgren has been appointed new Chief Executive Officer of Lyvia Group and will assume the position on 1 March 2026. At the same time, Sebastian Karlsson will step down as CEO of Lyvia Group to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Esmaeilzadeh Holding AB (publ).

Martin Almgren currently serves as CFO and Deputy CEO of Lyvia Group. Prior to assuming an operational role, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Lyvia Group, giving him a deep understanding of the Group’s strategy, structure and long-term objectives. In his operational role, he has worked closely with the business and led several key initiatives.

With a recently extended bank agreement and a strengthened balance sheet, Lyvia Group is well positioned for its next phase, with continued focus on execution, profitable growth and long-term value creation.

”Lyvia Group has built a strong platform for the future. Through my background in both board and executive roles, I have had the opportunity to work with the company from multiple perspectives. I look forward to continuing to develop Lyvia Group together with the organisation, with full focus on execution and value creation”, says Martin Almgren, incoming CEO of Lyvia Group.

Sebastian Karlsson has served as CEO of Lyvia Group since its formation and, as founder, has played an important role in the company’s growth. He will remain a member of the Board of Directors of Lyvia Group and continue to contribute to the company’s strategic development, while assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of Esmaeilzadeh Holding.

Mikael Ericson will remain in his board assignments and will also be engaged as a Senior Advisor to Esmaeilzadeh Holding under a consultancy agreement.

A recruitment process to appoint a new CFO of Lyvia Group will commence immediately.
